Recording Charges Transfer documents are recorded in the Bureau of Conveyances or Land Court (depending in which recording system the land is registered). Bureau of Conveyances recording charges are $30 per document, and Land Court recording charges are $50 for Deeds and a minimum of $25 for all other documents. Click Here for more details.
